Here at Edelweiss Kennels we love our puppies and want to protect you, ourselves, and our puppies... We are always here to help answer any questions you have. We want you to be 100% happy with your new family member.

All deposits are non-refundable. We will however put your deposit on another puppy, up to 1 year from date placed. You will have 5 business days from the day you decide to mail me a deposit of $200 to hold your puppy.

No Cash Refunds. If for any reason you decide that you don't want your puppy after it has been recieved, meaning if you decide having a puppy wasn't a good idea, you may return the puppy to us and/or we will help you place that puppy.

Puppies are sold with Limited Registration unless sold as a show prospect then you will be given a Full Registration. Only the BEST puppies should be shown or bred and that is why we do this. If you purchase a puppy with limited registration it will be at a discounted price from a show prospect puppy and you will be required to have the puppy spayed or neutered before 6 months of age.

No puppy leaves our home any younger than 8 weeks old. We know your anxious but the only concern we have is the health of the puppy.

All puppies will have their first set of puppy shots, worming and have been thoroughly vet checked before they leave our home. A copy of the puppies medical history is sent with each puppy.

All genetic defects (kidney, heart, liver, hips) are guaranteed 1 year from Date of Birth.

In the event puppy has anything seriously wrong, a letter from the examining vet and puppy must be returned or have 2 vet confirmations of diagnosis. (We don't refund vet bills or shipping). We promise to replace that puppy with the first available puppy we have of same sex & on the same contract.

If you are having your puppy shipped you are responsible for all shipping charges, (ie: airfare, insurance on the puppy, health certificate & crate). Once the puppy is taken to the airport and leaves the ground, we are no longer responsible. If for some very rare reason you have a problem please contact your airlines. (We have never had a problem as of yet.)

AKC Registration papers will be mailed separately unless full payment and/or check has cleared.

We take no responsibility for dog changing color.

POTENTIAL BREEDERS:

WE DO NOT SELL TO BROKERS!!!!!! WE DO NOT BREED AND/OR SELL IMPERIAL SHIH TZUS!!!!! As a potential breeder of pure bred Shih-Tzu or Chinese Crested dogs, you are expected to read, understand, and follow the guidelines of the American Kennel Club (AKC) to strive for responsible breeding, in the best interest of the Shih-Tzu or Chinese Crested Breed & to screen & educate the families where your puppies will reside.
